G. Sicklemore) was 1st, <I>Merrythought</I> (H. G. Sicklemore) 2nd, and <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFCC66" FACE="Arial" ><I>Speedw</I><I>ell</I> (<A HREF="id92.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Foster, R.">R. Foster</A>)</FONT> 3rd.  The other two entries, <I>Flame</I><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFCC66" FACE="Arial" > </FONT>(E. K. Tremnayne) and <I>Maranui</I> (Capt, C. H. Tremayne), did not start.  </div> <div> This was the first time the Sunbeams had taken part in the club regatta since 1930, and during their absence <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFFCC" FACE="Arial" ><I>Halcyone</I></FONT> and <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFFFCC" FACE="Arial" ><I>Trent</I></FONT> had left the port, while <I>Jasmine</I>, previously owned by Capt. Dixon, had been [sold to R. G. Sicklemore); 2nd <I>Maranui </I>(A. Farrant); 3rd <I>Merry-thought</I> (C.B. & Mrs Tracey), 4th <I>Flame </I> (E.K. Tremayne) and 5th <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFCC66" FACE="Arial" >SOLAIRE (Mrs Claude Lanyon)</FONT>.  <I>Aida</I> was a new boat built in 1935. </div> <div> <I>Maranui</I> had been sold by Capt. C.H. Tremayne to A. Farrant on the undertaking that she would not leave the port for three years.  </div> <div> <I>Solaire </I>was the new name given to <I>Speedwell</I> by Mrs Lanyon when <U>she bought this boat from R.
