[7 May]  </div> <div> Mr. P. Rees, who worked untiringly for the welfare of the Flushing Sailing Club stated that, in conjunction with the RCYC, and on behalf of his club, he wrote the Falmouth Harbour Commissioners with reference to <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFCC66" FACE="Arial" >removing the coal hulks to another anchorage</FONT>.  A negative reply, however, was received.</div> <div> The Chairman mentioned that last year the <I>Foudroyant</I> was used as a mark vessel by the small vessels. However, considerable difficulty had been experienced, and Col. J. <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FFCC66" FACE="Arial" >Edwards Vaughan had presented the club with a permanent mark buoy off Trefusis Point</FONT>.
